All must agreed to the agreement below before the purchase:

1. All the certifications are PERSONAL TREASURE UP ONLY, certpeople.COM will not effort another use's responsibility.

2. All exams are able to take in our centers legally, but we are NOT able to take the exam that's broken the law in your countries. You should be report to use if the exam can't legally take at your countries.

3. certpeople is just providing the passing exam services only, if there is delay receiving of certs, you should ask back the vendor of certs you take.

4. You must not change any personal detail in VUE / Prometric account until take all of exams, certpeople.COM will keep your MCP, CISCO etc... account until you pass exam, the test centers will be canceled if you have any changes during exam. If you have done the actions as that case, we have right to STOP to take your exam without any refund.

5. If your exam is not smooth that we guess you are spy, we may have rights to STOP taking any exams for you, the fee will refund to your account.

6. if there is increased the price of exam OR center have been closed, certpeople.COM can choose to refund OR increase the price if you want to continue.

7. certpeople.com is just for passing exam only, we have no responsibility to get help or any additional responsibility for the services after all tests complete in vue/prometric.
